Fun Dance with Jess is a more dynamic take on the Rhyme Time playgroup sessions. Designed for the independent and energetic older kids, these classes focus on the active aspect of the music by engaging the children in lots of wonderful, happy dancing! This not only encourages a healthier lifestyle by getting them moving and enjoying it, but also enhances their rhythm, instruction following skills and co-ordination, whether they’re copying Jess, or creating their own freestyle moves!
